- No. Lawma is a software platform that connects people who need legal help with licensed attorneys. The attorney you work with is the one giving you advice — Lawma's job is to make that work smoother.
- Who can I talk to if something feels wrong?
- Write to us through the contact form below. A real human reads every message, usually within one business day. If something is urgent put the word URGENT in the subject and we'll bump it to the top.
- Do you share what I write with anyone?
- Our support team is the only group who reads what you send us. We don't share with marketers, advertisers, or other Lawma users. The attorney working on your case has their own messaging surface in the app.
- How fast do you reply?
- We aim for one business day. We're a small team so weekends and US holidays push the timer; we always reply.
