As the employer you can (and should) seek a WVRO on your own as employer covering the workplace and your employees during work — CA Code of Civil Procedure §527.8 is the statute. Practical steps: get a certified copy of her order, share with your security/front desk if you have one, brief the team that's most likely to be at the door, and review your safe-room / evacuation plan. Don't share the underlying facts beyond what's needed for safety planning. If the ex shows up, call 911 first, then escort the employee away from line-of-sight.
