DivorceCare groups (free, faith-affiliated but not pushy) and the secular community group at my library both helped. Sitting in a room with other people going through the same thing was different from describing it to people who weren't.

This forum. The threads I've found here — strangers describing exactly what I was sitting with — got me through more nights than I want to admit.
