Walk-through with landlord at move out — what to bring

Final walk-through tomorrow. What documentation do I bring so I'm not gaslit about damage that was already there?

Bring move-in pictures with timestamps, the move-in checklist if you did one, and a notebook. Take new pictures of every room during the walk-through. Send him an email after with the photos and any agreed deductions. Paper trail saves you.
