Locked out of my own house by spouse
We're not divorced yet. Both on the deed. He changed the locks last night. Police came and said it's a civil matter. Help?

Both names on the deed means you're a legal occupant. A locksmith can let you in. If he changes the locks again, file an ex parte motion in your divorce case for exclusive use or against the lockout. Police is right that it's civil but the court can act fast.
