Tenant in foreclosure — what are my rights

Got a notice my landlord is in foreclosure. I'm a paying tenant. Am I out next month or do I have time?

Federal law gives tenants in a foreclosed property at least 90 days notice. Some cities give more. You're not out next month — keep paying rent (to whoever proves they own it) and start looking.
