Selling the house during the divorce

Both names on title. We agree to sell. Realtor needs both signatures on everything. He keeps stalling. Can I force a sale?

Yes — you can ask the court for an order compelling sale. Once a judge signs, his signature isn't required. Talk to the self-help center about the motion to compel sale form.
