Refinance after divorce — denied

Order says I refinance the mortgage to remove him. Bank denied me. He's not happy. What now?

Ask the court for an extension on the refi deadline. Also try a smaller credit union — they're sometimes more flexible than big banks on debt-to-income. Or list the house if neither of you qualifies.
