Owner move-in eviction — is it real

Got an OMI notice. Owner says her son is moving in. We've been here 11 years. Anything we can verify or are we stuck packing?

OMI requires good faith and is heavily regulated in some cities (LA, SF, Oakland). If they don't actually move in within a set time or move someone else in, you may have rights. Check your local rent ordinance.
