Landlord entered my apartment without notice
Came home and stuff was moved. Camera caught him letting himself in for 'inspection.' No notice. Is this just my word against his?

Camera footage is enough. Send a written letter citing CA Civil Code §1954 and put him on notice. If it happens again, you can sue for damages and a violation of the right to quiet enjoyment.
