Domestic violence and breaking lease early

Have a restraining order. CA law says I can break the lease. Landlord is dragging feet. What docs does he have to accept?

CA Civil Code §1946.7 lets DV victims break a lease with proper documentation — usually a police report, RO, or qualified third-party statement. Send your landlord the statute and the documents. He has to accept them.
