Got evicted in 2024. Every application I submit gets denied. How are people supposed to get back on their feet?

Smaller mom-and-pop landlords are more forgiving than big management companies. Bring a strong rental application: extra deposit offer, references, current paystubs. Honesty about what happened beats the algorithm finding it.
