Three months in and I still cry every day. Normal?

Filed three months ago. Thought I'd be doing better by now. Still cry every day. Is this normal?

Six months in for me before the crying slowed down. There's no normal timeline. Your nervous system is processing a huge change. Be patient with yourself.

Same. What helped me was naming it specifically — 'I'm grieving' rather than 'something is wrong with me.' Grief takes the time it takes. Therapist on sliding scale also helped.

If you can, schedule one thing each day that ISN'T about the divorce. A walk, a coffee with a friend, a library trip. The brain needs reminders that the rest of life still exists.
