Premarital agreement — is it really enforceable

I signed one 14 years ago. Was 22, didn't have a lawyer review it, didn't really read it. Is there any chance the court tosses it?

Prenups can be challenged for procedural reasons (you didn't have a lawyer, weren't given time to review, signed under pressure) or substantive reasons (unconscionable terms). Talk to a lawyer — fact-specific.
