My lawyer ghosted me three weeks ago

Paid a $4k retainer. Haven't heard back to four emails and two voicemails. Hearing is in 12 days. What do I do?

Send one more written request asking for the case file and an accounting of the retainer. If still nothing, the state bar takes complaints — that usually gets a response within days.
