Got a job offer in Oregon, big raise. Custody is 60/40 with me. He's saying he'll fight it. What does a move-away case actually look like?

Move-aways are fact-intensive. The court looks at the kids' relationship with each parent, the reason for the move, the impact on the other parent's time. Get a lawyer for this one if you can.
