He won't return the kids on Sunday like the order says

Order says he returns them by 6pm Sunday. He's brought them back at 9, 10, sometimes Monday morning. Do I call the police? Go back to court?

Document each one with dates and times. Police won't usually intervene on a civil custody dispute, but a contempt motion with a clean log is hard for a judge to ignore.
