He's hiding income through his business

He owns a small contracting LLC and pays himself a low salary on paper but takes a lot in cash. How does the court figure out what he actually makes?

Mine did the same. The forensic accountant our case used pulled bank statements and matched deposits against the W-2. It was eye-opening. Worth asking your lawyer if it's proportional to what's at stake.
