Filed last month, spouse still hasn't been served

I filed the petition almost five weeks ago and the process server still can't catch my spouse at home. They work nights and won't open the door. What are my options here?

We had the same problem for almost two months. The court let us switch to substituted service after a few documented attempts. Ask the self-help center about it.
