Divorce after 25 years — gray divorce questions

Married out of high school. Now I'm 47 and we're done. Everything is tangled — pension, two houses, a small business. Where do gray divorces even start?

Got out at 51 after 28 years. Get a CDFA before you talk numbers. Long marriages have things short ones don't — Social Security claiming as a divorced spouse is huge for me now.
