Deposition — is it as scary as people say

Mine is in two weeks. They want me in a room with two lawyers for 6 hours. Has anyone done one and survived to tell about it?

Did mine last year. Three rules: answer only what was asked, say 'I don't recall' when you don't recall, drink water. Don't try to explain. Don't try to be liked.
