DCSS — has anyone used the child support agency

Thinking about opening a case through the state's child support agency instead of doing it myself. Anyone have experience? Is it fast or another year of waiting?

Used DCSS in California. Slow setup but consistent once running. They garnish wages directly so you stop having to ask. Worth it for that alone.
