Court denied my fee waiver and I'm done

I make $2900/month and support two kids. They denied my fee waiver because of one $500 deposit from my mom last spring. How do I appeal?

You can request a hearing to challenge the denial. Bring proof of monthly bills, paystubs, and an explanation of the deposit (a gift from family isn't ongoing income). The clerk has the form.
