Can I get reimbursed for the mortgage I've been paying alone

He moved out 11 months ago and I've made every mortgage payment. Can I claim half of those back at the divorce? Or is that money gone?

These are called Epstein credits in California. You can claim them at the time of property division. Keep all your payment records and bring them when you settle.
