Annulment vs divorce — which one applies

Married 14 months. Found out he was still legally married to someone in Mexico. Annulment or divorce or both?

Bigamy is one of the grounds for annulment in California. You'd want to file for annulment since your marriage was never legally valid. Self-help center can confirm.
