Healthcare costs — uncovered medical

Order says we split uncovered medical 50/50. He never pays his half. $700 in dentist bills. Do I file contempt or eat it?

Document each demand with the receipt and dollar amount. After about six months of refusals, file for contempt and bring the file. Judges don't like seeing this pattern. Mine ordered him to pay back the full amount plus my fees.
