Discipline differences between houses

His house: video games until 1am, candy for breakfast. My house: bedtime, vegetables. Kids come back wrecked. Anything I can do?

We accepted we couldn't control his house. Focused on consistency in ours — predictable routines, clear consequences. Kids adjusted to the difference over time and seemed to prefer our place by year two.
