Braces — who is supposed to pay for what

$5800 quote. Insurance covers maybe $1500. He says 'orthodontia isn't medically necessary.' Is that a real argument?

If the order says 'extraordinary medical' or 'orthodontia' specifically, it's covered. If not, it falls under uncovered medical which is usually split per the support order. Pull the order language.
