ADHD diagnosis — coparenting medication decisions

Just got a diagnosis. Doctor recommends meds. He's anti meds. I have to convince him or go to court?

If you have joint legal and can't agree, you can file a motion asking the court for medical decision-making authority specifically on this. Bring the doctor's report. Judges usually defer to the recommending physician.
